Tickets will be available for sale beginning on September 13, 2017. A total of 450 tickets will be available for purchase online using the link below. Tickets are only available for sale online. The event is rain-or-shine, and tickets are non-refundable. Tickets usually sell out a week in advance, and are typically unavailable for sale during registration.
Each ticket holder will need to visit the registration table to participate in the event. Here, ticket holders will have their ticket scanned and must provide a valid photo ID at the registration table located at the Carnegie Library for admittance. Each participant will receive a commemorative beer glass and an informational brochure. Each participant will also have their wrist stamped to indicate that they are of legal drinking age. Event registration will take place from 5- 8:30pm. Guests will not be able to have tickets scanned after 8:30pm.
Open consumption of alcohol is permitted on designated sidewalks and in designated public spaces during the event between 5- 8:30 pm. This is open to ticket holders, and downtown visitors who do not wish to participate in the event. All beverages MUST be served and consumed in a NON-GLASS container on sidewalks and in public spaces.
Hunter Taxi and Uber will be available and provide services throughout the evening for guests who would prefer taking a taxi home.
