Internships

Earn School Credit!

All internships offer the opportunity for school credit. It is the responsibility of each student to present and initiate any internship related school-credit responsibilities that the Business Development will need to fulfill- in a timely manner.

All Interns who finish their required program of work will be recognized by the Business Development Staff. This includes recognition on Linked-in, and a recommendation on Linked-in. The opportunity to use Business Development Staff members as a resume reference, and a letter of recommendation if needed. Main Street Newnan offers internships on a volunteer basis, we do not offer paid internships.

To apply for these internships, please send an email to Mainstreetnewnan@cityofnewnan.org with the semester you are applying for in the subject line.

Resumes will only be considered for the semesters for which they are submitted. Please include both a resume and a cover letter with your initial inquiry. Due to the large number of applications we receive, these policies must be followed to be considered.
