Combining Sound Healing and Breathwork reduces stress and tension, relaxes the body, enhances concentration, and boosts self-awareness. Additionally, it can help with sleep disorders, alleviating depression, and strengthening the immune system.
This workshop includes Breathwork, which is a diaphragmatic circular breathing technique that helps release tension in the body associated with repressed emotions, led by Ute Anonsen, Founder of True Balance.
Emily will then guide us through a deeply restorative Sound Journey with crystal bowls and song, to assist in release and reflection. Expect to leave feeling lighter and more connected with your Body, Mind and Soul.
Ages 16+. No experience or equipment required. Mats, blankets and bolsters provided.
