This commitment and outlook has provided a specialized attitude toward creating and preserving wealth with the belief that "dignity is not determined by wealth". But "without dignity there can be no true wealth". The planning is focused on protecting the dignity of family units and relationships that are important to their clients. Business succession planning and the development of an exit strategy is integral to these concepts. Neal has continued to utilize approaches and ideas that are client based and personalized.
