Located at 22(B) West Court Square, Ace Beer Growlers & Cow Eata Meat Co. is a business that sells craft beer, among wines, kegs, and CO2 exchanges. The first documentation of 22 West Court Square was in 1889, where the building housed a dry goods store. In 1911, the building housed a moving pictures business, which later became the Gem Theatre in 1930. From 1936-1949, Newnan Building and Loan resided in the building. From 1960-1990s, the building housed Ellis Mansourās Clothing Store. Originally located on Perry Street, Ellis Mansourās Clothing store had been family-owned and operated since 1911: the year the Mansourās emigrated from Lebanon. Between the 90s and 2010s, George Mortgage Services and Farrago Art Studio were in 22 W Court Square before it became Ace Beer Growlers & Cow Eata Meat Co.
