Join us for a special afternoon of healing, sound, and art as Emily Bryson of SoundLight Self-Discovery guides a restorative Ho'oponopono Sound Bath Experience at True Balance Center for Breath and Bodywork in downtown Newnan.
Rooted in the Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono, this immersive experience creates a gentle space for forgiveness, self-healing, and inner peace through sound therapy, meditation, Reiki energy healing, therapeutic touch, and gentle movement.
This event also marks a special celebration of the conclusion of June Newnan ArtRez artist Heather Ford's residency. Heather will be in attendance, and select pieces from the collaborative artwork she has created throughout the month—alongside members of the True Balance community—will be on display as part of her final exhibit before leaving Newnan.
Come experience an afternoon where sound, creativity, and healing come together in a truly one-of-a-kind setting.
